Will The Street Fighter Movie Be Good?

Published by shelma32 at 6:01 pm under Movies Edit This

I just heard that there is going to be a new Street Fighter movie, based around the character Chun-Li.

First thing I have to say is Kristin Kreuk as Chun-Li? Like hell is she right for it!! For one, shes not even asian! They should have cast on of the many fantastic Asian actresses out there. On top of that, I can’t really see her doing the fight scenes that well. Michael Clarke Duncan as Balrog? That I can see. Can’t wait to see Michael Clarke Duncan fighting and kicking ass. Chris Klein as Nash? Sorry, but the guy can’t act and no way should he be in an action movie.

But there is one saving grace for the movie.
Neal McDonough as M.Bison.

No only am I completely in love with the man, I can really see him playing Bison. After seeing him in Star Trek: First Contact and TinMan, I really do think he will do the role really well.

I will most likely see the movie, but my only certainty is that Neal will rock. But then again, when does he not!

Kreuk looks like she has a little Asian in her, and she’s really not that bad of an actress (even if her only lines are usually “Help!”). I’m excited for this movie, if it ever gets off the ground.
